YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed during the day will be finalized and finalized at 6pm ( EST), orders placed later will be transferred to the following day.

We will confirm and process your order within 1 – 3 business days. If you place an order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the first business day of the following week.

Please note that business days do not include holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Our standard shipping time is 7-15 business days. However, in some difficult cases due to heavy orders or weather factors, your order may be delayed for a few more days, please wait.

If you want to register for express delivery service, please contact us separately for support.

SHIPPING COSTS

We accept all payments in Dollars. Our standard shipping cost is $6.99 per order.

SHIPPING UNIT

We cooperate with UPS to ensure your order reaches you everywhere, in addition, we also cooperate with local post offices, you can choose your favorite shipping company, please contact us.

ORDER TRACKING

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number and estimated delivery date of your order.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

We apologize for any inconvenience, but once your order has been confirmed on our website, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. Unlike some other platforms, we do not provide a cancellation window. We recommend that you review your order carefully before completing it to ensure it meets your preferences and needs.

ENTERING WRONG ORDER ADDRESS

It is important to note that once your order has been picked, packed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. Our customer service team is available during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
