RETURNS
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your order was delivered, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We carefully inspect products before shipping to ensure that customers receive the correct product. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or if you experience any issues with the product within 30 days (if applicable), please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.
Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning the product and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE
– Gift cards or products that are part of our special promotions.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Note: If the customer makes any modifications or changes to the product, the request for exchange or refund will not be considered valid. We cannot accept returns of products that have been altered in any way by the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
To process a return of a damaged or incorrect product, the customer must provide evidence to support their claim. This may include photos or videos of the product, depending on the nature of the issue.
Failure to provide such evidence may affect the validity of the return request. In some cases, a refund may be considered a change of mind if no proof is provided.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you. We will then notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that there may be certain cases where only a partial refund, if any, is possible.
LATE REFUNDS (If applicable)
If you have not received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first and then contacting your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. You may also want to contact your bank to inquire about any potential processing delays.
